First progress report on the project

The 1^st progress report of the project, covering the period of activity from 2017 July the 1^st to 2018 December 21 , was sent to the European Commission.
Made up of 12 deliverables, this report enlighten the progress of each action, its impact on the environment and it also makes a financial point of the project.
